LOS ANGELES (AUGUST 29, 2025) — Crews continue repair work on the 67-inch water trunkline, which is expected to last through the weekend. Periodic southbound lane closures on La Brea Avenue from Coliseum Street to Stocker Street may be required, with at least one lane remaining closed on the southbound side at all times for public safety. All northbound lanes on La Brea Avenue will remain open. Water service for customers in the area remains active. Crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to complete repairs.
