| Councilmember Tom LaBonge (4th District), the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, and the Los Angeles Department of Transportation invite you to a project walking tour and community meeting to discuss the traffic plan for the Silver Lake Reservoir Complex Bypass Line. Starting March 23 and continuing through October 2015, West Silver Lake Drive will be one-way northbound from Hawick Street to Armstrong Avenue to allow for the pipeline construction, a critical and regulatory-required water quality project that will also ensure the long-term preservation of Silver Lake Reservoir.
