Power Outage Update

As of 11:00 p.m. Monday

LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) reports approximately 1,700 of its 1.4 million electric customers are experiencing power service interruptions at this time. LADWP crews continue working to restore power to these customers impacted by the fierce rain and wind storm as quickly and safely as possible.

Since the record-setting storm began yesterday, LADWP Power System crews have restored electric service to an estimated 71,000 customers.

The public and members of the media are encouraged to check the Department’s news site and Twitter page for updates.
