LOS ANGELES— The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will hold Customer Service Saturday at four of its Customer Service Centers on February 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event locations are the Van Nuys, Watts, West Los Angeles and Crenshaw Customer Service Centers (CSC.) Locations of the CSCs are: Crenshaw CSC Van Nuys CSC Watts CSC West Los Angeles CSC Customers who attend Customer Service Saturday at any of the four locations can expect assistance from staff members who are able to take payments, process service order requests, answer billing questions and resolve billing issues. There will be informational tables and displays with helpful information on LADWP programs and services available to customers, as well as sign-up materials. Water and Power Rates Workshop As part of the February 2016 Customer Service Saturday, LADWP will host customer workshops at its Crenshaw and Van Nuys locations. This month’s workshop topic is about our proposed water and power rates. The workshops at each location will each occur twice: at 9 a.m. and again at 10:30 a.m. LADWP has worked to present a rates proposal that ensures continued reliability and investments in our infrastructure that will benefit our customers. Tree Giveaways We will give away free trees at the Van Nuys and Crenshaw locations in our partnership with City Plants. You must be resident of the City of Los Angeles or own property within the City to be eligible to receive a tree. Verification will be required (ID/driver’s license or copy of a LADWP utility bill). Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Limit one per household.
