BISHOP (March 27, 2020)-As part of our COVID-19 response, LADWP is taking steps to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are also offering flexible payment arrangements for anyone experiencing financial hardship. You can sign up online if you need help making payments, and we won’t shut off your service if you can’t pay your bill.
To follow public health guidelines regarding social distancing, our Bishop Customer Service Center is closed.
Customers can pay their electric bill by:
- Logging into their online account at ladwp.com or mail a check or money order with their pay stub to our office located at 300 Mandich Street, Bishop, or drop off their payment in the box at the same location;
- For further assistance, customers can can call us at 760-873-0251 but expect longer wait times.
We don’t want any of our customers to worry about losing electric service right now. They should pay as much of their bill as they can now, but rest assured, LADWP will not shut off service for non-payment during the pandemic response. Customers who receive a disconnection notice in the mail should disregard it.
