You’re frustrated! You followed the instructions to contact Customer Service by calling 1-800-DIAL DWP or sent a message through www.ladwp.com/ContactUs. You may have tried email or other methods of contacting someone who can address your problem. But, it’s not fixed and you’re not happy. If that’s the case I want you to tell ME–the General Manager of your LADWP.
