| LOS ANGELES — Approximately 9,400 of 1.4 million Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) electric customers are without power as of 9:00 a.m. this morning. Strong winds and heavy gusts caused outages in several Los Angeles neighborhoods last night. LADWP crews restored power to more than 33,400 customers.
