| LOS ANGELES — As of noon today, approximately 5,100 of 1.4 million Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) electric customers are without power. Last night, strong winds and heavy gusts caused outages throughout Southern California, including several Los Angeles neighborhoods. LADWP crews very quickly restored power to more than 36,400 customers. At this hour, the following neighborhoods are affected:
