Northridge Vault Explosion Update |
| LOS ANGELES — LADWP Power System crews have completed repairs at the location and the vault cover has been replaced and set. Power service was restored at 3:03 p.m. All traffic lanes are open.
Three people were transported to hospitals for non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the explosion is undetermined and under investigation. |
