LADWP to Hold “Customer Service Saturday” on January 10

| LOS ANGELES—The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will hold its first Customer Service Saturday of 2015 at four of its Customer Service Centers on January 10, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Event locations are the Van Nuys, Watts, West Los Angeles and Crenshaw Customer Service Centers.
The Crenshaw Customer Service Center will also be the site of two educational customer workshops on LADWP’s Solar Incentive Program, with focus on the program and how it works. The workshops will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in the on-site auditorium and will be interactive, to accommodate questions from attendees. Customers who attend Customer Service Saturday at any of the four locations can expect assistance from staff who are able to take payments, process service order requests, answer billing questions and resolve billing issues. There will be informational tables and displays with helpful information on LADWP programs and services available to customers, as well as sign-up materials. Locations of the customer service centers (CSCs) are: Crenshaw CSC Van Nuys CSC Watts CSC West Los Angeles CSC LADWP held Customer Service Saturday events in 2014 and will continue these events throughout 2015. Upcoming events and workshops have been scheduled for February 14, March 14 and April 11. More events will be announced at a later date.
