LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will hold its second Customer Service Saturday of 2015 at four of its Customer Service Centers on February 14, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Event locations are the Van Nuys, Watts, West Los Angeles and Crenshaw Customer Service Centers.

As part of Customer Service Saturday, the Crenshaw Customer Service Center will be the site of an educational customer workshop on water conservation. The workshop will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the facility’s on-site auditorium and will be interactive, to accommodate questions from attendees. LADWP’s Watts and West Los Angeles Customer Service Centers will hold free tree giveaways by City Plants throughout Saturday.  

Customers who attend Customer Service Saturday at any of the four locations can expect assistance from staff who are able to take payments, process service order requests, answer billing questions and resolve billing issues. There will be informational tables and displays with helpful information on LADWP programs and services available to customers, as well as sign-up materials.

LADWP will hold Customer Service Saturdays each month in 2015 on the second Saturday of the month. The Department previously held Customer Service Saturday events in Spring and Fall 2014.
