In efforts to keep customers informed of the testing and restoration process, we have centralized essential resources related to water quality in the affected areas at ladwp.com/PalisadesWQ, including:

Detailed Information and FAQs: Learn more about the Do Not Drink notice, including what it entails and guidelines for affected customers.

Interactive Area Map: Check easily if your home is within the designated affected zone.

Updates on Testing and Restoration Efforts: Stay informed about LADWP’s rigorous testing and water quality restoration processes closely coordinated with the California Division of Drinking Water (CA-DDW).
