LOS ANGELES — As strong winds hit the Southland tonight, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is reporting approximately 23,100 of its 1.4 million electric customers are without power as of 9:00 pm . The following communities are most impacted:

* Crenshaw: 2,423
* Hyde Park: 3,441
* Pacific Palisades: 1,197
* Mar Vista: 846
* Park La Brea: 555

VALLEY
* Northridge: 2,947
* Reseda: 439
* Van Nuys: 663
* Panorama City: 729
