WHY:	The Annual Memorial Ceremony honors the dedicated employees who have given their lives in service to the City of Los Angeles. As part of the event, LADWP will unveil its new memorial dedicated to more than 200 employees who have died while providing water and electric service to the City throughout the Department's history.
