LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER STATEMENT REGARDING POST-EARTHQUAKE STATUS 

LOS ANGELES- The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is pleased to report our major systems are in full operation at this time.  There have been no reports of any earthquake-related power outages or impacts to our water system since this morning's earthquake.  As always, our crews continue to monitor the system.  Should there be any change in this status, the Department will contact the media immediately.
