WINDSTORM OUTAGE UPDATE FOR DEC. 25, 9 AM Crews working overnight restored power to about 6,000 customers and are now working on outages affecting about 3,200 customers, primarily continuing in areas of West Los Angeles, Hollywood, and North San Fernando Valley. Only large outage remaining is in Canoga Park, affecting about 400 customers. Otherwise, there are mostly localized neighborhood outages remaining.
