As of 11:30 a.m., the LADWP has approximately  6,189 customers affected by power outages out of our 1.4 million total customers.

     There are 5 circuit outages affecting the following areas:

• South Los Angeles, 1 circuit outage affecting approximately 2486 customers
• Cheviot Hills, 1 circuit outage affecting about 2950 customers
• Hyde Park, 2 circuit outages affecting 56 customers
• Playa Del Rey, 1 circuit outage affecting 501 customers

In addition, there are about 30 scattered individual customers with outages.

These outages are due predominantly to wires down due to inclement weather.

Approximately 26 crews in the field working to restore power. 

*Since 8 a.m., power has been restored to 9,740 customers.
